Qualification   
  • A degree or certification in Media, Communications, IT, or related fields is an advantage
  • A Bachelor’s degree or qualification equivalent of level 6

Responsibilities   
  • Oversee all media-related operations for church services and events (audio, video, livestreaming)
  • Manage the church's social media platforms and digital content
  • Coordinate media volunteers and ensure timely coverage of programs
  • Create graphics, videos, and promotional materials for church announcements and outreach
  • Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment
  • Collaborate with the pastoral team to enhance worship through digital tools
Requirements for the role   
  • Strong understanding of multimedia tools (audio mixers, cameras, livestreaming software)
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or social media management tools
  • Good leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Spiritual maturity and alignment with the church’s vision and doctrine
  • Willingness to serve during services, rehearsals, and special programs
Experience   
  • Minimum of 2 years managing media or digital content in a church or similar setting
  • Proven experience in video production or livestreaming is a plus
  • Experience coordinating volunteers or a small media team is desirable
