Qualification
- A degree or certification in Media, Communications, IT, or related fields is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree or qualification equivalent of level 6
Responsibilities
- Oversee all media-related operations for church services and events (audio, video, livestreaming)
- Manage the church's social media platforms and digital content
- Coordinate media volunteers and ensure timely coverage of programs
- Create graphics, videos, and promotional materials for church announcements and outreach
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment
- Collaborate with the pastoral team to enhance worship through digital tools
Requirements for the role
- Strong understanding of multimedia tools (audio mixers, cameras, livestreaming software)
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or social media management tools
- Good leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Spiritual maturity and alignment with the church’s vision and doctrine
- Willingness to serve during services, rehearsals, and special programs
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing media or digital content in a church or similar setting
- Proven experience in video production or livestreaming is a plus
- Experience coordinating volunteers or a small media team is desirable
